本利用規約は、本アプリ「GiftCodes」（以下「当アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。
当アプリは、ユーザーのギフトカード情報を管理・記録するためのツールです。本アプリはあくまで記録用であり、ギフトカードの価値を保証したり、外部決済と直接連携するものではありません。
開発者は、当アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。これには、データの消失、入力ミス、ギフトカードの有効期限切れなどが含まれますが、これらに限定されません。重要な情報はユーザー自身の責任で管理してください。
ユーザーは、当アプリの解析、逆コンパイル、または不正な改造を行ってはなりません。
Pro版の購入は一度限り（買い切り）です。購入後の返金については、Appleの規定に基づき、Appleを通じてのみ行われます。
本規約は、必要に応じていつでも変更できるものとします。

These Terms of Use govern the conditions for using "GiftCodes" (hereinafter referred to as "the App").
The App is a tool for managing and recording gift card information. It is intended for recording purposes only and does not guarantee the value of gift cards or link directly to external payment systems.
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, input errors, or expiration of gift cards. Users are responsible for managing their own critical information.
Users shall not analyze, decompile, or illegally modify the App.
The Pro version is a one-time purchase. Refunds after purchase are processed solely through Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
These Terms may be updated at any time as necessary.
